Description: SYSWELD is a system of computer 3D modeling of processes of welding and heat treatment.
With this program you can simulate SYSWELD following heat treatment processes:
through-hardened;
surface hardening;
quenching followed by annealing;
leave;
quenching in austenite
As well as the chemical-thermal treatment of the surface:
grouting;
nitriding;
carbonitriding;
cyanidation.
SYSWELD simulates all physical effects associated with heat treatment and welding.
Including:
electromagnetism (induction heating, etc.);
combined thermo - metallurgical analysis;
mechanical analysis;
diffusion.
With the help of the program SYSWELD you can simulate a variety of welding technology:
MIG;
TIG;
spot welding;
cutting and welding by the laser beam;
electron beam welding;
welding electrode;
in inert gas, etc.
As a result of the calculation you get the information:
resulting voltage;
phase distribution (% of austenite, martensite, etc.);
temperature fields;
hardness distribution;
deformation.
